The car I ordered in advanced wasn't ready adn i had 2 options - wait for it for several hours or take another car but I had to add 12 Euro/day - total of 84 Euro. I know I got a better vehicle and it costs much more but it seems i hadn't add any other choice.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Distance from office to cars pick up pretty far in Berlin. We had to go twice the distance due to not finding one feature in the car. Customer Representative did not hesitate to walk us back to help and serve the problem. Thank you Alamo, we will always rent from you again.
