The Hertz office is run by a crook. Closed the office an hour early so we couldn't return the car at the correct time and then charged a massive fee for late return. Unacceptable.

The check out guy was supposed to call hertz and activate the navigation. This was never done I had to pay for data on my phone every day AND it used up more than needed and I had to pay for extra at 10 bucks per day I think I should be compensated somehow

The staff at city office in Salzburg is very Cooperative and accommodating. They made every effort to make things good for me.
The agent was excellent. The only negative is that the rental car agency location is closed on weekends which is very annoying because I had to pick up the car on a Friday and therefore rent the car for an extra day. This is just part of European culture where stores are constantly closed, leaving consumers without the options that they want.
Sixt charged me for 2 days that I did not rent the car. Also, the car I was charged for was not the car that I drove.

I was not informed through the app when I made the reservation there an Austrian international driving permit was required so we were left without a car. I would say this is very important information that should be made well-known!

The car drop off at Roma Termini is a joke. There are no indications how to leave the car after office hours.
Cost was double what I was originally quoted. Was charged for an extra day for a bunch of small details for the drop off that were not explained at pick up.
