I was not able to rent the car. Avis no longer allows same-day rentals in Tucson.
Slow on pick up with limited staff. As per standard you never get the car ordered, always an "equivalent" and there are hidden costs on return. The only one good thing is that it wasn't as poor as LA airport which was horrendous!
There were no cars and it entirely upended my travels for days. Avis couldn’t have been worse or more unhelpful
car was a corolla minute at 55-60 car was shaking Passenger seat was a vibrating worlwind. Stopped to see if a tire was loose??? Bad alinement Basically a crappy uncomfortable 2 hour ride.. Hey how about spilt difference and refund in good faith.
Excellent staff. Slow pickup process due to so many complicated forms. PLEASE create a brief summary of each page. Our guy was very, very good at explaining them, but who the harry do you think is renting these vehicles? :-) thanks!
