Budget totally screwed up my day. I reserved the car for 24 hours at 9 am. They put in the fine fine print somewhere that if you aren’t there within 15 minutes they cancel the reservation. So my flight doesn’t get in until 945 and there was never a 945 option. Then they said well we don’t have your truck but we can give you another vehicle for extra money. Total rip-off. Yeah they can put something in the contract that just totally screws you but is that the right answer. I think not. Will never use again
Car was not available when I arrived at the counter. All car rental station in the airport were sold out but kayak kept offering reservations and confirming them.
Truck could have been cleaned out better, smoke burns in seats trash in bed of truck but overall not a bad experience
the car ready at pick up time, having said, that they did compensate us for the delay.
Having one person that was resolving customer issue on the while spent 20min to get serviced is unacceptable
