The people in SLO were just great. Very helpful and informative. LAX were fine except for bus driver. Thanks
Cons:I made a reservation three weeks in advance to pick up a car at 5:00 PM for a two week rental. My flight was late coming in, and when I got to the Budget counter at 5:10 PM they had already left. Needless to say, I am very unlikely to use Budget again.
Check in good. Inside of windshield was so dirty when driving into sun it was difficult to see.
Good rental experience at the small SBP (San Luis Obispo) airport. (All cars and rental companies are right at the baggage area.)
Pros:Staff was helpful. The dropoff was easy.
