Pros:Great car. Easy pickup and drop-off. Clean.
Everything went smoothly on pick up and return
I was charged for my change of plans. I had to drop off at a different location and was charged a fee for doing so plus I returned the car early and received no refund for the days not used. Not using Budget again.
Tail lights now headlights worked, car was not cleaned as they indicated. For spending $350 for 3 day rental I received $25 credit for a cat that was unusable at night.
More than one agent for multiple rental agencies when a flight comes in after midnight. People do not feel like standing in line waiting for their rental.
