Even though I paid for the car in advance, because I did not show up within 2 hours, the car was given away. There were no cars left. Kayak or Hertz needs to inform that one must show up within that time frame, or alert the car rental agency.

They told me to cancel my reservation and get a new one at the counter. I didn't realize that I couldn't cancel, so now I've paid for it twice. I need a refund.

Cancelled car. No others cars were available to be picked up on arrival. The tried in my international mobile which was not In use. An email would had been appreciated.

Stay open later in the evenings would have been nice. Our airplane arrived around 9 pm it would have been nice to have gotten the CR then rather than coming back to airport the next day.

I would definitely rent from Hertz again I arrived late in Flagstaff and they closed at 4 pm so I took a taxi to my hotel and the next morning they came and got me from my hotel. Hertz was awesome thank you for everything. Their employees were very kind and courteous people.
