The car was a mess. Only had 1/4 a tank of gas. Was a smaller model than what we reserved. Seat belt broke in the back and became a safety issue.

They didn't have any cars available and didn't birthday to call anyone before they showed up. several people were there expecting to pick up a reservation for no reason. The manager was rude and condescending to all the customers like it was their fault for trying to rent a car. I called corporate and they found me another car across town for more money, same car, and said take it or leave it. I drove across town to pick it up and pay more because I had no choice. When I got there the manager laughed and asked why I was there. I told her corporate had just confirmed a reservation for me. She said they had no cars either in a mocking tone. I WILL NEVER RENT HERTZ AGAIN Enterprise saved the day. I will always use them directly from now on.
