When we arrived at the payless counter at ORD (with 2 tired kids in tow) we were informed the *Single* agent working there was on a lunch break at 2pm and would be back in 35 min. I asked someone to go get him as we could not wait 35 min and there was also a line of customers behind us waiting to check in at payless. He begrudgingly returned to his post to process our rental, with full attitude, and also was saying he would not help anyone else behind us in line (which upset everyone behind us). Not a good experience. hire more people at ORD--it's a huge airport!

I was charged twice for the renal car. Once when I reserved through Kayak and a second time when I picked up. They said Priceline or Kayak had not yet made the deposit so I therefore had to pay again. I have now not only been charged twice but charged more the second time. I was also told I would not be refunded once the deposit was made, I had to go through Priceline customer service. I have done that but the e-ail address I was given to submit my receipt of payment bounced back. Horrible customer service and I will likely need to do a charge back on my credit card.

I was accused of losing my car keys and money was taken from me when the keys were in the appropriate place where it was said. only after my explanation where the keys are. they checked and refunded the money. I had a bad experience, I’m offended why it’s their fault, but they take money from me without questions and warning letters.

No complaints, easy pick up and dropoff. Also, I used kayak to book this car rental and that saved me almost $1000 compared to the price i was quoted at the car rental desk at the airport.

Everything was great except for the fee explanations. They didn't tell us that they added gas fees automatically and we filled the tank to avoid those. They removed them after we asked, but it wasn't a super simple process like we'd hoped. Cars were clean and comfy! Everything else was excellent.
