When I got to Puerto Vallarta they didn't have my car. The girld in the airport booth. Didn't try to help me she didn't care. I got stuck in puerto vallarta for one day . I had to pay a hotel for the night. I end un talking the bus to my destination. Very bad service from the girl at the booth. I will never used Kayak or thrifty.
Cons:The pickup and drop off process is much too slow. I waited in line for 45 minutes to pickup my car. At drop off, I was the only customer there and it still took 20 minutes to check me out. The insurance is ridiculously expensive and I did not have an option to waive it.
