Great service at the Hilo Airport!
Everyone was friendly and efficient.
The car costed about 2x more than we originally intended because of the price of a child booster seat + fees + additional coverage that I wasn't sure I needed. It was appalling how much we spent for the car - would could have literally purchased a used car for the same price for a 9 day trip.
The agent working the Alamo counter was very sweet. Her name was Rose. She was awesome. She made the car rental process so easy. Ty so much Rose! We had a great time in Hilo.
Pros:Very convenient. Short distance from the airport. Excellent service
Cons:Price, was. Very expensive.
