Upon my return from an international flight, I had four pieces of luggage on the trolly. I had initially reserved a mid-size SUV through Kayak, but Avis provided a sedan instead. Furthermore, I was required to retrieve my vehicle three times due to discrepancies in its assigned location. The third vehicle had a noticeable odor of WEED, which was acknowledged by an Avis employee at the ground , prompting a fourth vehicle assignment. This process consumed approximately an hour, which was quite frustrating.
