There was no car lot attendant when dropped the car, gave key to a person at a counter. A few days later got a charge of $1500 on my credit card for car. Now I have to deal with disputing and figure out on what happen!ed! So frustrating!
Pickup at Spokane Airport was not a pleasant experience. It took over an hour in line to get served. I asked if this was normal and the agent said every day was like this. That is totally unacceptable. They really need to have more agents and better trained agents that can process customers more quickly.
I regret taking the optional added insurance, it doubled my price.
Easy and fast service, love that the cars are right there on site!
