The car was filthy. Food crumbs on seats, windows dirty, gum wrappers in door handle and car smelled of smoke. Not one person available to complain to. Very poor customer service. Will not ever rent from Dollar again.
All was great
Everything was easy.
We were expecting an economy car and they gave us a much nicer one! Check in was very quick and easy and the customer service person was friendly
Pros:Drop off was easy.
Cons:The company over advertises what can fit in a 5 person SUV. 5 people plus 4 bags. I was forced to upgrade to a 7 seater in order to get my 4 bags, 3 adults and 2 children into the auto. The company was 'kind enough' to charge me an extra 35 dollars a day for the upgrade. This was as low of a rate that they could provide me. I will never rent another car from this company due to the over advertised car space in their online description of their mid-sized SUVs and the post covid price gouging that took place when I had to switch cars to a full sized SUV.
