Loved that we had an opportunity to pick our vehicle when we arrived. Several choices available and we chose the one we thought would give most room and fuel efficiency. Staff was super at pick up and drop off, car was clean and ran well.
Vehicle available was much larger than requested. Not very clean. Pickup was unnecessarily long.
The car had not been cleaned as all the literature stated! Dirty dash and the carpets needed cleaning! Windshield wipers should have been replaced some time ago. driving the coast of Oregon was challenging several times due to poor visibility issues from the wiper blades. Car shook at highway speeds. Needs tires balanced and a possible front end alignment.
The staff were so friendly and on top of it, and the pick-up/drop-off processes were very streamlined and efficient. Staff also did a good job of making sure I understood all the details of the rental and was happy and comfortable with my options.
The customer service staff were the nicest and sweetest people you could ever have working for a company.
