I was an hour late due to my plane being delayed and they cancelled my reservation and gave the car to someone else. Had to pay 1000 more.
This rental agency is a complete fraud! Upon arrival, they wanted to charge twice the amount the booking had stated. We ended up taking the bus instead. Quite frankly, the manager of this establishment should be investigated for fraud and theft. My advice: stay away.
I was quoted $150 total at pick up. Ended up paying $350 total because of required fees. Bait and switch. Would not recommend.
Cons:There is a large amount of insurance deposit required in order to rent the car.
Bait and switch at the last minute. Made the reservation well in advance and then was told that no cars we available. Almost 4 hours to get the car. Brakes were non-existent.
