When receiving the car and writing the damages on the car, the staff didn’t write all the damages which were several damages, we took pictures of all of the damages in case there were to be any questions when returning the car. In fact, there were a lot of questions, the receiver of the car checked and some of the details that we asked to be written in the paper were questioned. She even asked to showed her our pictures to confirm in deed that the damages were already there. She wanted to find something to charge us for damages, thankfully we got proof that the damage on the car were already there when we got the auto. Also gas they said 7:8 but when driving outside the lot the car was at less than 6/8 we took a picture as well. I’ll not rent with them again any where in the world.

When arriving to Athens you've got to keep an eye out for the person with the Green Motion sign waiting right outside baggage claim, otherwise you'll walk right past them and search fruitlessly. Then expect to wait up to 25 minutes until they either get other guests or the shuttle leaves on schedule. Not a huge problem, just not a clear process up front.
Took over two hours to collect the car - car was fine but they have some procedures which are unnecessary such as needing to send back their own confirmation email before they will release your car. Be prepared to wait a long time and face some challenges
The shuttle was an hour and 30 minutes late picking us up from the airport we waited outside in the heat. It took 1 hour for the lady to process our pick up saying I’m just waiting for the cad to be ready. Worst rental car experience in 30 years
