We were charged an extra $1000 for absolutely no reason.
The provider did not provide the service as per the booking he claimed that someone called on my behalf to change the timing of the booking which is not true. And even if it were true, the service provider has the duty to verify the identity of the called. I have requested a full refund, which if not provided, will pursue all avenues to get my money back.
Awful car rental! I got a car that was all damaged after an accident with broken bumper hanging off the back, broken tail light so the turn signal and the break light wasn’t working as well as the mirror was cracked and glued so I couldn’t move it! The car was not road worthy and I gave it back the same day since i didn’t feel safe to drive it at all. The worst customer service and worst car rental I have ever used in my life!
The car rental company did not allow us to use our reservation.
