Drove 2 hours and 45 minutes, gas tank empty. Didn't notice when I picked up the car if the tank was full. However coming back, used 1/2 tank. So tank could not have been full when I picked up the car. Had to put air in back driver side tire.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful everything was good rental agreement , but the car had a unpleasant smell, and the seats really needed to be professionally cleaned. But other than that it’s was a good rental.

After Covid, the Hertz office had to relocate away from the Airport due to suspension of air traffic for many months.The current temporary location shares space with a pre-owned auto lot.The employees make the best of their current location. Carlton, the manager, is very accommodating and tries to work things out with the high demand and limited availability of cars. Brandon, at rental return, was very nice and did his best to help with the check-in process.
