My key fob battery was low. I told them it was low. They acted like it was no big deal and assured me everything would be fine. A few miles down the road I made a stop. The key fob was then unable to restart the car. I had to have the car towed and my trip was significantly delayed. Hertz refused my request for a refund. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on and encourage others to do so as well.

They didn’t have the class of car I had reserved. I had to get a larger vehicle which got lower gas mileage - that’s important in this time of high gas prices.

Pick up was supposed to be ready at 12, I called and they said it was ready, I show up at 12 and was told car will be ready in 2 hours,,,,,, yikes. Had to drive back home and come back... car is 2020 with 35k miles on it. Not very clean. Won't be renting from hertz again

Liked absolutely nothing about this entire process. Employees were very unhelpful at the store and gave us little to NO INFORMATION regarding the drop off process. We picked up the car on a Saturday at about 10:30 am and the store closed at noon. We dropped the car off at 7 pm in front of the store and dropped the keys in the drop off box (assuming that’s what we’re supposed to do, as we were given no instruction on what to do since they knew they’d be closed) we’ve since been charged another $100 on Sunday and $100 this morning (Monday) and have not received our $200 deposit back. Better believe we will be going in there the moment it opens today. Horrible experience, don’t waste your time and A TON OF MONEY on this awful establishment. Go to any other car rental facility.
