No one was at the center when I arrived at 18:00. The other rental brands said they would not return for four hours (22:00). Lazy staffing=lost income. Poor management.

My flight was delayed and they were not at the counter when I arrived. Waited one hour and there were no staff. Was not able to rent a car.
I made a reservation and paid online. Although i did not have the possibility to select the time of picking up the car and selected the afternoon, in the evening when I arrived the car was no longer available and even now after more than 10 days i has not received back the money paid.

The rental cars are parked at the airport's paid parking lot. They make you pay for it! This also happened in Dubai airport, so I was not shocked.
I didn’t get the car which I paid for because they said my Jordanian license isn’t accepted I am trying to get the refund but no response at all

Avis representative started to shout in Arabic on other representative, and they were really loud infront of my kids. He didn't give me no info about the deposit I left with them.
