The service was horrible, the lady who attended me, was so rude, I felt she was racist and she didn't treat me polite, she was screaming to me all the time, and told me something like "why I rent a car if I don't speak English". This was the worse experience service in my life.

The car we got was nice and clean. We enjoyed it. The service at that specific location was not as good. They weren’t very polite and certainly not accommodating in any way.

There was a mix up with the pickup location to start. We came into the airport but the rental location was in town. They charged us an extra 180 to move the pickup location. Then on the tail end, our flight was delayed 3 hours. Called to see if we could drop off late so we wouldn't be stuck at the airport that whole time and they tried to change us for an extra day. I guess I expect all rental car companies to nickel and dime their customers so it was expected. But still pretty bad business practices and I wouldn't rent a car if I didn't have to.

Hertz online booking needs some work. We booked a one-way, once we arrived they said the could not provide a car. They seem to be the only rental car provider that wasn’t able to block one-way booking on their website or through other booking options, i.e. kayak, Priceline. Their customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. Hours wasted driving to and from their location. I will not be using Hertz in the future
