I actually never picked the car up. Arrived at the Thrifty Car Rental Des around 10:30ish PM on Wednesday, July 7. Waited in line almost 2 hours and then they closed the desk (I bet there were 40+ people still in line). I know there were supposed to close the desk at midnight but still seems crazy. They cited the lack of employees, which I understand. I was able to get a full refund but still was very frustrating, had to Uber at 12:30 in the morning and had to make other travel arrangements during my stay in Atlanta.

I had to wait in line for over 2 hours,when get to the counter the attendant told me that I would had to wait between 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours before I could get a vehicle to rent that was ridiculous so I decided to get a Uber to my destination .
