Customer service at airport counter was the best and very cooperative
The car was newer & great to drive. Service was quick & friendly. I highly recommend them.
We were served quickly, the car was clean and really comfortable. The staff was unavailable for our drop off time but they provided a key drop. The kiosk is right in the airport, and the cars are parked a short distance from the front door. Overall it was a great experience. we would definately rent from them again.
Had a little trouble with a gentleman who thought I didn't know the difference between the temperature gauge and the gas gauge when I told him that the car was only three quarters full but he eventually did fill up the car...otherwise service was good.
Well to make it short, I booked a car through Kayak when I got to the Abbotsford airport and when I got to their counter they refused to give me the car. They said they don't have any car for me!!
