I’ve tried to make a car reservation but I made a small mistake and choose the wrong date, called back in the minute and they rejected me to change the date… why I should pay a hundred bucks for nothing?? It’s terrible !!

After hours of waiting for a pick up, calling without anyone answering and taking a taxi to their off airport location (where they were supposed to give me the car). I arrived to find out that they were closed (although they had accepted my reservation and were expecting my flight to arrive 30 min late) they just closed without any sort of communication. I was clearly not the only one in that situation and I strongly suggest you never rent from them
I love the customer service I received but the price was way too high compared to two years ago before the pandemic. I understand because if it was my business I probably would do the same to maximize profits but as a customer I feel different. But it is what it is and this survey will not change a thing.

From my first phone call after booking online… Just to confirm everything was right to the drop off Alamo at Toronto Pearson airport was exemplary for service, friendliness, and accommodating our special needs. When leaving at the end of our rental They drove us in the vehicle from the terminal of drop off to the terminal we were departing from. I didn’t know how I was going to get my husband there without a wheelchair and they said no worries will take you. In the future they have all my business.
Poor experience. Really long waiting time at the counter. The car wasn't ready, wasn't clean and the tank wasn't 100% full, although it was registered as 100%. The car had a big dent on a side that wasn't registered and the back seat had dog fur.

Car had Cigarette smoke smell which caused a severe allergy for my family.
Staff were excellent and very patient. There was a longer que than expected but the staff were professional and worked through it within 30minutes. Overall easy pickup, signing of docs and drop off. 10/10

We asked and needed a full sized car and were given a mid sized car which had done 82,000Ks and had maintenance issues. We managed to swap it out at our next stop and could only be provided with the same type of car which had done 83,000ks and as we discovered later had a bald front tyre and some steering issue which made it very hard to stay in our lane and could not be driven over 95 ks/h. We were stuck with the thing for 16 days. The car was not "road worthy"..........NOT HAPPY.

The original price quoted went up by 50% after it was returned. From $400 to over $600. Will not make this mistake again.
There are some hidden charges related to CDW that gets revealed at the time of pickup. This is despite having full coverage from insurance company and Credit Card coverage.

Horrible customer service. Also they place a $1000 hold on your account without notifying customers during booking. Dented up cars and also charged random fees after checkout even when they said there wasnt any problems with the vehicle. Called their phone number before my trip and had a rude lady pick up the phone. Also called their phone number to have the shuttle come and had the same lady pick up and yell ‘the shuttle will be there!’ And hang up right away. So odd.
Great service! The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is that the website mentions that they have ski racks available for rental but they did not really have it.
