Almost 2 hour wait to get a rental car. We decided to go with a another agency.

Very slow at check-in. Only one clerk and 25 people waiting in line. We waited almost 1 hour. Vehicle was supposed to be "covid clean". Inside was dusty. Behind back seat was sticky with some sort of soda spill. The Toyota pickup we rented was cheaper than almost every car except a Fiat. $800+ dollars for a half day short of a week is pretty spendy. I understand supply and demand, but WOW. Needed a vehicle and took this as it was the cheapest from all car rental agencies. For that much money, they ought to hire at least another front desk person.

Had to wait over an hour to actually get my car. Waiting in a parking garage of gas fumes, humidity and over 90° heat for one hour and five minutes. I actually threw up. I had a reservation but apparently that doesn't mean a car will be ready for you.

The young lady at pick up was very friendly but the rest of the experience was ridiculous. Couldn’t understand the reps on the phone at all. No one told the same story. Our flight was canceled and the first guy was going to charge us $100 to keep the car another 12 hours. We never got a receipt emailed so we don’t even know our final bill. If you book with one company they should handle everything.
