It took over an hour to get the car line was wrapped around inside the building and only two people working the counter. Then finally 30min a third person shows up but then one of the original two decides it's her break time and leaves. Ridiculous the amount of time people were standing there waiting for a car that 90% of everyone had already booked.

No customer service to pick up car at 2:30am. Received a confirmed booking just to be left stranded at the airport because the office was close. Why confirm booking if the office was closed.

Staff were very friendly. Bus ride to the pickup location was quick and easy. Drop off location was a little difficult to find at first but once I found it, they made that easy too. The whole process was much quicker on both ends than I'd expected.
