We had to wait in line over 45 minutes to pick up the car. I had asked for a small SUV. We didn’t get the car I had asked for. One of the tires needed air. The price I was originally quoted wasn’t what I paid for.
No service, upon returning the car, no one from Hertz to talk to. A person checking cars in said he is not part of Hertz, just a checker for 3 different car rental companies, gave no receipt. I could not report the A/C was not working, no validation that the car was returned with a full tank of gas, vehicle undamaged... I did not take the prepaid gas option but decided to return the car with a full tank of gas. Hertz just billed my credit card for almost $120.00 for gas. Calling Hertz they said prove it, they forgot this is America, they have to prove you guilty not we prove our innocence. They could not and would not show any evidence that the car was returned without a full tank of gas. I would have to pay the $120.00 unless I submitted gas receipts, which I had and eventually submitted, be careful of Hertz tactics...

It was over one hour wait to get the rental car. The people working were very friendly, but they were not enough to process all the people asking for cars.
We canceled the reservation due to a very long line at pick up. We ended up getting another rental at a different agency. We paid more, but we were done in less than 5 minutes.
