The local representative was extremely helpful and pleasant. Even after 11 pm, she made us feel welcomed to the area.
Pros:Check in agent was friendly and helpful
Cons:I would have liked someone to help checkout the vehicle. It was not in the slot where it was supposed to be and I needed to search for it. There was no one on the lot to help with it. I could also have used help with the seats.
Waited 1 hour 20 minutes in line then another 10 while they radioed to get an SUV. Vehicle had 67,000 miles and in need of maintenance. Agent was excellent under tough circumstances. Her supervisor also was very good
Pro: Drop off was very easy. Cons: Booked a FULL SIZE Pathfinder - got downgraded to a Kia Sorento - BASE model, for same price. Took forever to get vehicle as they combined Dollar, Thrifty & Hertz into Hertz counter. The vehicle was super noisy, I think it has a bad rear bearing. Not a pleasant drive. When I called to get vehicle replaced they said they had no vehicle. So didn't get the car we reserved, got downgraded with no reimbursement, crappy vehicle.
Besides the long long to pick up the car everything else was great! Car was clean and drop off was super easy.
