Pros:RAV4 handled very well. Up steep hills and winding mountain roads, the car performed well with 4 passengers, luggage, and a wheelchair at times. Gas mileage was quite respectful.

Pros:Check in was easy, had a problem with the car. The car had over 50,000 miles, and the tires were had very little tread. Went back in and the customer service quickly put me in a newer car.
Everything went smoothly
Pickup was a little disappointing. After waiting in line for an hour and a half, I provided my reservation information, only to have them tell me that my reserved vehicle was not available. They told me they would call me when my vehicle was ready. 3 1/2 hours later I received a call that the vehicle was ready.
Per your website, I should only pay $97. Dollar charged me another $156 on top of the $68 that I paid upfront. I won’t use your site again. I will rent straight from the rental place so I get the correct price.
