I understand that there are certain restrictions in place due to COVID but we had to wait over 2 hours to get our car, most of that time being inside. They only allowed the person on the rental agreement inside, which made for difficult communication. It was very loud inside and the person at the counter either didn't ask the person in my party if they didn't want additional coverage or just tacked it on anyway, so we were hit with additional fees, well beyond what we were quoted on Priceline. The car was difficult to drive. The pick up process of the vehicle was mediocre at best. Makes me wish we would've gone with a higher priced but more professional car rental business.
They cancelled my car rental and gave no options
The wait was quite long, but I'm sure its because (like everyone else), they are understaffed. Two individuals were in training while we were there. When it was our turn, Steve couldn't have been nicer. Very helpful and friendly!!
I appreciated the quick drop off and friendly staff. Only a minor issue is the wait it took to get the car when we arrived but overall it was a good experience and I would book with them again.
