Our flight was running late and the staff were excellent. They stayed behind ensure that we picked up our car and that we will settle for our trip. The car was an excellent condition. We have no issues with the motor car, but the staff were brilliant. Congratulations to the two men that served us well done guys

When I finally arrived, I was informed that the luxury car I had reserved was no longer available and they only had a basic car. Additionally, I need to extend my rental by one day, but they are refusing to allow me to do so. In my past experience managing corporate accounts, I have never encountered such issues.
