Our customer service person at check in was awesome - promote her!
The car had several dings and there was a piece of plastic around the trunk that came loose.
The whole process was great! On pickup, I asked to change my car options and the Budget staff was extraordinarily helpful. The car was clean, had a full tank, and drove great. Dropoff was a breeze.
the final price I paid was more than the one stated as Final Price when I booked the car. A SCAM!!!
Check-in was horriffic. Car was fine. Staff did their best.
