Horrible dropoff experience in Philly. No signage explaining what to do. Pulled into lanes that looked like a place for cars to be left. There were a few people outside that saw me arrive but did nothing to help and quickly disappeared. Went inside to the counter and waiting in line for a while... only to finally get to the front and be told "oh you just have to leave the keys in the car and you can go." Terrible.

Reservation could not be located - cost me 1.5 hours trying to resolve and caused me to miss the wedding that I was in town for. I was there 1 night and this ruined the entire purpose of being there.

It was the worst car booking experience. Line took 3 hours to get to attendant. They had one attendant for 50 people waiting. Then another line once got key to get the actual car. Our reservation was for 11am and we finally got a car pulling out 3 hours later.

When I dropped the car off with Janet R. she was excellent! I was wearing a sling on my right arm because I have broken my shoulder. She couldn’t have been more helpful with me and my luggage. The wheel on the luggage had broken and I couldn’t make it move with one hand. She brought it downstairs for me on the elevator. I so appreciated that! She deserves a raise, and a promotion!

The whole transaction from pick up to drop off was simple and quick. I did some research on one way car rentals from Boston to San Francisco. KAYAK was anywhere from $400-1000 cheaper. I got a Toyota Camry which got almost 40MPG. So, I would go back since the entire process was smooth and reasonable.

At the last minute on Thanksgiving Day, when another car rental company left us stranded (despite our reservation) the Enterprise desk at Logan Airport, Boston, came through for us. They were friendly and efficient. At first they told me their cars could not be rented for one-way dropoff, but when I made a reservation through Kayak (while standing in their line!) they agreed to honor it. On returning the car in Portland, ME, the office was also very accommodating - changing our return location from the city office to the airport with no fuss, in order to make it possible for us to return at an early hour. All in all, a rare good experience with a car rental. We will be back. Thanks!

The only comment: Pick up at Boston airport was very challenging. Extremely long queue and only a few agents. Waiting time for an pre - organized pick up was over 1.5hrs. Bad. Drop off was excellent! best Ralf

My main complaint is lack of employees at counter. There were 2 agents working at the counter when I picked up my car. It took as long to get my rental car as it took to fly from Florida to Boston or it felt like it. I am a frequent tourist traveler and I am paying for my car not my company. I thought waiting in TSA line was bad. Rental car line is the new travel punishment.
