Your reservation was not received on the Enterprise branch. They had to bring a car from elsewhere. They made me a discount.

The Kia car was very nice it would have helped if there was floor mats in the vehicle.

First car had axle issues not discoverable until we got above 52mph. This took around an hour of driving to reach a road where that speed was possible. So returned car. Returned car had issue with oil light turning on when parked on a slope. Kept car and topped up oil.

I reserved online with estimate of $782.00 for an 8 day rental in London Heathrow. When I returned the car, I was charged £967.00. I didn’t agree to insurance except for tire damage. The original estimate supposedly included taxes and other fees but it didn’t include all taxes and fees. Beware.
