It's the little things that make people want to return to a business offering a service. Rented a Mercedes Benz in Miami and rain started to pour, I discovered that car didn’t have the blade in windshield wipers! It was missing and the wiper on the passenger side was not working!! Very dangerous!! Had to record a video because it was incredible to get a car in such poor basic condition. Very disappointed

It is impossible to rent a car between 1am and 5am. The location it's closed. Information on Kaya that allowed me to rent a car at night was false. I had to spent the night in the airport. The morning after the guy at Sixt kiosk was nice enough to let me keep the car (1 hour not showing up rule was not applied), and also upgraded my car.

Budget Miami Airport refused to rent us the car due to us using debit card instead of credit card. And they have failed to process a refund, as we had paid upfront.

No explanation provided for the additional charges that were automatically added to the rental agreement ,which were not required. I was simply asked to sign a lengthy document without chance to read it. A further £501.26 as been debited from my credit card without any explanation/ final invoice showing what the charges relate to. If you are able to provide a contact email address for budget at Miami airport this would be appreciated.

Our vehicle was clearly smoked in and not cleaned. When we addressed this to the employee , he stated he left some Clorox spray in the back for us. I didn’t know that it was my job to clean this filthy car!!!

I like Ace a lot. Good value, good cars. Ive used Ace a bunch in Miami. One of the managers, not particularly nice. On a day when flights were cancelled and a lot of cars in demand, Ace accepted a reservation it could not honor, offering a Camry instead of a Durango for the same price- no discount. I needed a car for 5 passengers, so I passed. Later seeing how difficult it was to get a car, i went back with and was then told there was A 3 DAY MINIMUM WHEN i NEEDED THE CAR FOR JUST 2 DAYS. So it goes. Ended up with a Yukon from Alamo for $30 more.

Paid for a specific class of vehicle (hybrid) and checked in, provided all information and was ready to pay when I was informed they only had a Nissan Sentra left. Obviously I know car rental companies don’t guarantee you’ll get the exact vehicle but if I booked for a hybrid that’s what I needed and I expected a hybrid vehicle of some kind. Waste of time and glad I didn’t pay ahead. They also asked for my insurance card and wanted to charged me an additional $90 for coverage which they stated was not optional. I’ve never been asked to show my insurance card when renting a vehicle before and typically additional coverage is optional.

The waiting line at Miami was very long and then the vehicle we had reserved was not immediately available. Total time from getting line to leaving with our rental vehicle was more than two hours. The actual vehicle once delivered was very nice and as promised.

I loved that it was a brand new car!! What I didn’t like was that I requested a GAS POWERED Car but when getting to the counter there guy said “Oh you’ll like this it’s an EV, I said I DON’T want an EV PLUS THAT’S NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. So he said ok I’ll give you a”Gas powered car” but upon picking up low and behold it WAS AN EV😡. I knew nothing about EV’s and NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME, NOT HOW TO CHARGE IT ETC. Then he wrote in the paperwork that it was “FULL”, it was NOT, I only had 30 miles left to the charge…again pissed off. Thank god I wasn’t going far AND the hotel I was at had charging, which I RETURNED THE CAR FULLY CHARGED(NO CREDIT FOR THAT). Then top it off YOU STILL HAVEN’T RELEASED MY DEPOSIT THAT WAS ON MY CREDIT CARD. They could’ve at least explained how the car works lije costing it!
