The car was dirty on the inside and outside. Other than that the car was new and was in good condition. One of the main complaints I saw online with Greenmotion is that they were rude to customers, my experience was diferent, everybody was nice and respectful to us.

I was not able to rent a car from this company. They denied me a rental car because I received a new driver's license a few months ago, and they demanded proof that I have been driving more than 2 years, and denied to rent me a car. I have been driving for 35 years, and have rented cars many many times in many different countries, and have never been asked or needed to provide this info anywhere, ever. Furthermore, I have rented cars in Edinburgh before, and haven't been asked this anywhere there either. And there was another customer at the counter at the same time that they were trying to purchase additional insurance on her vehicle, as her policy "only" covered up to $75000 in insurance, and they wanted more...on a car that was worth maybe $20,000.

The guys working were like sleezy car salesman. So much double talk and fine print and being talked into things that we didn't need. One of the tyres had low air and the guy just reset it. We had to get air in it later that day. Three days later there was a problem with the engine of the car and trying to get help was awful.

I ordered a car with unlimited miles and when we went for pick up they claimed that it was a basic limited vehicle and would not look at my email confirmation to adjust. It took over an hour and a half to pick up our vehicle and they were very unfriendly
