Everything was very easy and smooth. The only part I didn’t like was that there was an extra charge to be able to drive the car into another country, even though it was still within the EU. I don’t understand why crossing an intra-EU border should result in an extra charge.

The damage reports are really ridiculous. Driving along and one of the many crazy truck throws a small stone and they charge you. That’s completely out of drivers control.

The overall experience was good but I wanted to pick up the car couple of hours early but the agent at the terminal didn’t allow me to rent it before even when they had so many cars available. I would have appreciated a little flexibility with the rental time as what I have seen with other rental companies in the USA.
