Car was clean, but not spotless. The return of the keys is cumbersome. Place the locker closer to the return area. Car was fabulous in driving, but had a minor tendency to pull to the left.

During booking though Kayak the result was that the car wasn't ready at the airport as I believe I defined it during the booking but in some office in the City center. Despite my e-mails SIXT were somehow unable to change the location of the pickup, so I needed to take taxi from the airport to the city center just to pick up the car. The price of this cost me 50% of the car rental for a day. Won't recommend booking SIXT from KAYAK.

Really easy the pick up. A nice car and a nice price. A fair one. Thank you.
Personal was not honest. We booked the car through Kayak.com and she said because of doing it through that website and not european one, rates in $ are not valid and the price should be increased. After accepting that, she sold is a new car for a higher price in EUR (with an upgrade insurance which we didn't need), but this information was not honest because after accepting, we saw in the contract it was not included another fee. This is not acceptable.
