We were given a dented car. Lighting in the garage was poor. The line to get the car was long.
The experience with Hertz was great. The vehicle was not as clean as we would have liked, but overall, we were very happy.
Quick and easy pickup and return. The clerk was friendly and had my papers ready to go. (This was partly due to the light activity in the terminal at the time, but, in the past, I have had poor service from other rental agencies with the same airport conditions.)
Pros:Staff was great. Pick up and drop off was great.
Cons:The Nissan I rented it was so uncomfortable for any trip longer than half an hour. Never would recommend that car for anyone
Returned to 85th st in Manhattan after filling up on 96th st. Was charged $6 for 1/8th a tank of gas. Come on, people.
