The day I had to leave the car in Downtown Las Vegas CIRCA HLE the attention was terrible. First of all, the instructions on the exact place to return the car are not clear (Wednesday , April 20, 2022). Second, I was there 20 minutes before the time to return the car, but no Hertz agent was at your letter. Since there was no one at the Hertz desk, I called Hertz Customer Service and explained what was happening as I had nowhere to leave car keys. The customer service agents were very nice and told me to leave the keys on the empty desk as the person who was supposed to be there has disappeared. Hours later, around 2:30 pm, the Hertz agent who should have been at his desk called me on my cell phone with a threatening tone and yelled at me asking where the keys were. This agent was very rude and accused me that if I did not find the car key I would be responsible for the total loss of the vehicle, I explained to him what had happened and where I had left the key, besides the Customer Service agent told me that leave the key on his the desk. But the agent to receive the car yelled at me and said that he was going to look for the keys but I was responsible for not finding the keys, he also said that if he found them he would notify me. It is important to mention that everything must be recorded in the flames that I made for customer service. I was very worried, I was near the place where the car was delivered so I went back to talk personally with the rude person who yelled at me on the cell phone but when he arrived he just told me I already found the key. In conclusion it was a terrible day for me, the worst attention I've ever had and I received yelling, also they never confirmed that they received the keys. For him to finish the car when they gave it to me it had a terrible smell. Very bad attention. I would NEVER recommend them.
