They explained many things - coverage, operation kf vehicle, etc, except for 1 important thing —- they are closed on Sundays - the day I was supposed to return the vehicle. So i have to pay an extra day.

For the 2nd rental in a row, Hertz Thousand Oaks didn’t have my cargo van available. No follow up from staff after requesting one. Disappointed again

Hertz called me just before closing for the day letting me know they don't have the car I specifically reserved weeks ago and wouldn't be able to find one for me. Unfortunately given how short notice it was, I was unable to find something comparable (needed a cargo Van which is what I reserved). It was poor planning on Hertz end and there was no follow up after getting disconnected.

They gave away my car I had reserved without contacting me. The staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic. I won't be booking with them ever again.
