No cars available...had to go to a different location. They would not honor the confirmed rate..had to pay 33% more than the "guarantee" in order to get a car.
Great service from desks at both locations. Under extreme weather conditions the went out of their way

We have used Alamo many times prior to this visit and to be honest was disappointed. we hired a Chevy Tahoe, but was allocated a Nissan Amada on arrival, The car was not in the cleanest condition, but after a long flight we didn't want to make any fuss. soon after we noticed other faults with the car in terms of drive quality and performance. We will likely return to Alamo again but will take greater care with car we are allocated

The SUV was roomy and comfortable.
Enterprise will NOT pick you up NOR help you get to their location. The airport location and the US 1 location have “different” systems and cannot help each other with rentals or transportation back and forth. The car was dirty.

Surprised at end of pick-up process by he question, "Are traveling out of state?" This was the first indication that the rental was "Florida only," which did not meet my expected requirements.
We had booked on line and selected Melbourne airport for pick up. They had no car for us as the booking was for Melbourne in Florida US and we were in Melbourne Australia

The rental application process with Kayak was easy and clear.
They didn’t Have a car in the class I had rented. It was smaller a significantly more uncomfortable and unsafe.
I hired my car for 2 weeks and unfortunately was involved in a crash on day 2, I went back to Avis to report this and was advised that my insurance would cover me, and that I could have a new car. I decided I did not want to drive as I was extremely shaken by the whole incident. I have not heard any more and feel I should have received a refund for the remainder of the hire period.

The car we reserved wasn't available apparently we wasn't the only people that day who had same issue. Was offered an alternative which they claimed was 4x the cost of what we paid so was an "upgrade" ended up having to drive to another airport with it to swap it out as didn't drive well and got an alternative again still not what we originally booked for.
Super experience no problem smooth pick up and drop off but the depot we used was only open Monday to Friday 9-5 when Melbourne airport is now a. major destination from the uk our flight didn’t arrive till late Friday so could not get a car till Monday
