It was an Ultra busy day. There were no car rentals available when I got there and had to wait 2 hours for somebody to drop off a car. The people in front of the line got the last vehicle and they didn’t even have a reservation. I reserved the night before thru Kayak via priceline and my reservation did not reserve the last vehicle. Despite being very busy, the staff was very nice and professional; however, the booking process failed. I am not sure where in the process, but it is enough to switch booking cites from Kayak to Google. I previously gave Kayak feedback and Kayak did not take note of the feedback and only blamed the customer for Kayak’s wrong doings. I have correspondence emails of the back and forth between me and kayak customer support that continues to blame the customer for Kayak’s fault and made zero effort to make the changes. For the past 15 years, I have used Kayak. This will be the last time I use Kayak as another military member recommended a better cite. It is easy to strip loyalty and respect and harder to regain that respect.
