My contract was for $236 for four days rental. Yesterday morning I returned the car in at the Philadelphia airport. Later I received an emailed invoice for $740 charged to my credit card. This was not the amount that you contracted with me. I have reported this with your Customer Service and as yet they have not gotten back with me as they said they would. If I don’t receive credit for this difference, I am filing a complaint.
Everything was good, but I didn’t get an email receipt after returning the car. I usually get one within 24 hours.

I booked for a cit y pickup near me (catalunya) at 10 pm on Friday. You allowed me to book but didn't tell me in the booking I would need to pick up the car at Sants which is far from where I was staying. When I arrived, they gave me a key and told me to pick up the car on another floor- they didn't take me to the car. I went and the car wasn't there, so I went back to the office, then the representative found the car with me on another floor. It had a ticket to get out of the parking lot, but the ticket wouldn't work, so I had to go back to the office a second time to get another ticket. The car had an empty tank, which was a problem as I was supposed to travel early the next morning and it was already almost 11pm. Unlike int he US in Spain not all gas stations are open with possibility to pay until 9am, so it delayed my journey. I asked if there were any scrache marks on the car and the said it was automatic, whatever that means. When I went to get in the car, I couldn't because it was parked so close to the car next to it. I had to get in from the passenger side. Which means I didn't notice the scratch by the left wheel. I only saw it in the morning before departing. The drop off was smooth and the representative was kind and understanding. I let him know of my experience. You need to be clear on pick up and drop off and provide a number for the rental. When I called Friday night to pick up the car, it said Enterprise was closed, so I couldn't reach anyone. I simply wen to the station hoping google maps was right and that one office was open. not a pleasant experience.
I payed kayak to hold my rental when I got to the rental spot they refused to give me and rental and never got my money back
