To know that Avis and Payless are the “same”.
After 2 calls to the Cancun Airport Budget office being advised I could decline insurance with my Chase card coverage and a $2k deposit on my credit card. They wanted $700 I said NO, then $500? I said NO my husband stepped in he negotiated it to $365. What! It was a SCAM by SCAMMERS
I never got a car. I got a "courtesy" call to say my rental I had reserved for over two weeks in advance was not available the day before I left. And that they weren't responsible for my refund
I paid for my reservation through kayak but they charged me the same amount again
