Rude shuttle driver, ride check in agent, no car available for an hour, when car arrived it was filthy with white paste smeared on the seats and trash from previous renter inside. Car had 80k miles, was 4 years old and had three different tires. Horrible

Vehicle was fine. Process of obtaining vehicle was certainly not the best experience. On line for over an hour. Staff was friendly and helpful but seemingly understaffed.

The car and service were great. The only issue was that the car was listed as having unlimited miles, but when I picked the car up I was informed that Drive-O (the company I was sent to instead of Ace) only has unlimited miles in some areas and I would be charged a fee for driving with unlimited miles in another state.

Seamless experience. Total time at checkin was 10 minutes, no lines. at opening arrival hour.
Great, staff was very helpful and efficient. Only complaint is how long the shuttle took picking my party and I from the airport, aside from that everything was excellent.

Worst rental car experience I’ve ever had, start to finish. Will never use again. Shuttle took forever to pick up from airport, upon arrival no one was taking ownership of customer arrivals, car smelled like smoke, car was given to us with tank nearly empty. Upon drop off, accused of scratching vehicle when it was clearly present previously including on video for customer before me. Shuttle again took forever for drop off. Employees apathetic in my every interaction. I would happily pay WAY more money for a more reputable car rental company in the future than going with fox/drivo again.

Convenient but had issues with vehicle. Needed oil - light came on as we were leaving. Went off but came back on 24 hrs later. We checked oil level which was bone dry. Should have been checked before collection. Windscreen had a chip in it - which later cracked and we held responsible for. Changed over car in St Louis which smelt of weed, was covered in snow and when we cleaned the car, again two cracks in windscreen. When we returned car to LaGuardia, was told there are major recalls on the vehicle. Contacted Alamo to change drop off from LaGuardia to JFK and was going to be charged $1000 extra! Both cars we’re comfortable (except smell) and good size for us. Staff at St Louis (Enterprise) were excellent- Tiffany I’m particular.

The shuttle, the driver, personnel at the rental facility were all exceptional. We were a big party with quite a few luggage. They helped us to load/unload them and get the vehicle ready within a short time considering it was Thanks Giving. The drop off in NY city worked flawlessly as well. The only minor issue we had was that a previous renter had possibly smoked in the car and the smell could be still felt.
Roselore, assisted me and did a fantastic job. She went out of her way to accommodate my family and I. She found us the best vehicle and answered all our questions. She made the rental experience smooth and easy!

They called an hour before my pickup to say my reserved car wasn’t available. They suggested that I come back the next day and wait outside before they opened to get a car. Not sure why I bothered making a reservation if they are strictly first come first serve. I am extremely empathetic given Covid limitations but I would have appreciated a little more transparency.
