Very unfortunate picking this company. Wait and wait and wait
The pickup and drop off was not at the airport as stated , there were other fees never discussed, and they had us pick a specific car to not give us that car anyway
Ultimately I was refused a rental after a hard upsell for their add on insurance and attempt to throw additional obstacles in the way of using my own insurance. Ultimately the provider refused to accept my insurance stating that they only accept one insurance carrier now and that is their insurance.
The only thing I liked was the shuttle to airport. They tried charging for things that I didn't need without even asking. The car was dirty on the inside and ran poorly for a 2025. They also weren't the nicest to deal with. I won't rent from them again.
everything was ok ,except the cleaning on the cars ,inside very dirty is not the first time
