They charged me to use the radio !! I prepaid, and then they just added it to my bill without my approval. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Customer service is terrible. I will be contesting this charge with my cc company. I will not rent from Hertz ever again.

It’s a fraud! They don’t do anything right. After we did the reclamation to get own money back they tell a lot of excuses and they didn’t. So we have to Call own bank to get the money back. Please don’t rent a car with this company.

I picked up the car at MCO, Orlando International Airport. My friend dropped me off at Arrivals and I followed the signs that said "Rental Car Pick Up" and it took me down one level and across the street, but I ended up needing to go down another level back across the street to where I was literally just at. I was carrying all of my stuff and was very annoyed that I had to go back and forth. The signs should be more clear as to where to go to get your rental car.

Great friendly service at the counter, reminded me I had a gold membership I forgot about.
Horrible experience First I secured my reservation with my debit card And when I went to go pick up the rental they told me I COULD NOT use a debit card .. which I know is not true because I have used it before to rent cars .. so overall awful experience Would never rent from this location again Lucky my friend was able to rent the car and we still didn’t end up with what we wanted and got a pickup truck after we said we didn’t want it NO WAY will I rent from Budget again

The person in the front desk did her best to satisfy my need. I made a reservation a couple of months in advance to ensure availability of a 15 passengers van, but only 12 persons van was available at the time of pickup. This was going to be a week with my entire family (14 persons) going back and forward in the same vehicle. 3 of my 6 grandkids require the use of car seats and, with a 12 passenger van, there was no way to make space for the entire group. Very sad for my wife and me.

Where's Sanford? Don't know about Sanford, but I can tell you about Orlando. I remember a story about a family on vacation, And they stopped for gas. They all went inside to use the restroom. They all came out, got back in, and went on their merry way. After about 10 minutes, the mother noticed her 5 year old was eating a cookie. As she couldn't recall buying cookies, she asked little Buford where he got the cookie. He replied " on the floor in the bathroom."
I was about 2 hrs late and they charge me for another day and I called and told him that I couldn’t make it back by 9 AM that morning. I had to drive from West Palm Beach but they still charge me $128 for two or three hours. I think that’s just a little damn greedy.

All personnel upon arrival and on rental car return were courteous, personable and caring. Special mention to the woman who registered our rental; I believe her name is Karly Livermore - she was exceptional. Additionally, the gentleman who walked us to our car, Rodgerick (sp?), was extremely kind and helpful. When I returned the car on 21 April I was met by a smiling, helpful and courteous individual named Arlene - she too was exceptional. I will look to rent with Alamo in the future given the great service provided by these three employees. The only thing that could have increased my satisfaction would have been a more competitive price. Respectfully, George Samra

We could not get anyone to Answer the phones for assistance locally or on the national line. We waited on hold multiple times to no avail and in the local office it would go to voicemail and disconnect. In person the service was efficient and kind and the vehicle was fine but the experience otherwise was poor. I won’t rent from Alamo again.

We reserved a “Toyota Camry or similar” at a very reasonable rate, and when we showed up they gave us a brand new, 2023 Camry with super low miles and it drove like a dream. Thanks Avis!

Didn’t have an option to add my flight information to the booking. We were arriving late and didn’t want to not get my car. Tried calling AVIS to update and never was able to get thru to an agent. The voice response system wouldn’t work for anything I said and there wasn’t an option to push buttons to get what you wanted.
