SixT did not have the car I requested. They used high pressure selling to force me to upgrade to a bigger car. they also pusejd me to buy additional insurance. Now I have returned the car about 36 hours back. I still do not have a receipt for the additonal services / insurance. My credit card has a hold for higher amount. this has not been resovled yet. I do not know what was my final cost of rental.
Excellent customer service, especially from Vlaho on return who helped us get back into the city. Exceeded expectations
